El libro hace una propuesta argumental fantástica; me atrapó desde la primera página al construir un contexto en el que las diferencias no solo son respetadas, sino que se potencian.
No obstante, hacia la mitad empecé a sentir que todo iba demasiado rápido. La autora va dejando resquicios de mundos muy interesantes y personajes que podrían tener una gran profundidad, pero pasa por encima de ellos sin apenas detallar nada.
Al final, el resultado me pareció un poco 'quiero y no puedo', aunque tengo que reconocer que disfruté leyéndolo y conociendo a unos personajes muy, muy bien planteados.
