It's a classic and it shows. I really enjoyed the critical parts. There are some very, very boring parts, tho. Maybe I didn't enjoy those as English isn't my first language, but I just had to do it for Oscar Wilde.

It was definitely great to read "the origin story" of a character I've mainly known from League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie.

Una bella escritura, particularmente las primeras fases del libro. Una lectura muy visual que me atrapaba.

Ahora bien, se me deshizo el hechizo cuando la trama termina desarrollándose en algo demasiado... Reivindicativo y ¿"comercial"?

Como si el libro empezase escrito por pasión y a mitad cambiado para darle un punto más... De moda.

A bit too "on-the-nose"

I guess it might be the point of the book, but I couldn't feel that any character was real, everything felt stereotypical; while at the same time that "prediction" of the future does not seem plausible to me.

And I repeat, it might be the point of the book, so, if that is the case, then great job. I just did not enjoy it or gained any interesting insight.
