Un libro que combina propuestas concretas sobre agricultura junto con perspectivas filosóficas de cómo vivir una buena vida.

Las secciones del libro no tienen necesariamente un hilo conductor pero dejan muy en claro las posturas del autor con respecto a la agricultura y la vida sencilla.

Hoy día resuena tanto esta noción de regresar a lo esencial y dejar a la naturaleza descansar de tanto derroche de energías.
