Frankly, it sucks.

It has a romance, it has a mystery, it reminded me of schlocky Syfy Channel shows like Eureka and Haven that I used to watch with my mom when I was little. The mystery is lackluster, the romance connected with me in a couple key moments but was mostly flat. It made for great discussion at book club but it was VERY funny when our discussion leader asked if we would recommend the book. (the answer was roundly a No.) My condolences if your club picks this- you're in for another sleeper.
