Anteriormente leí el diario de Shackleton, pero como este libro es el fruto de entrevistas y diarios de otros miembros de la tripulación, creo que esto es más completo en cuanto a perspectivas de la historia.

Además de que Lansing sabe narrativa.

Pero la versión de Shackleton incluye la experiencia paralela de quienes se embarcaron en el Aurora
