This essay aims to redefine libertarianism towards a more essential and univocal definition that excludes any form of defense of political power, including minarchists, liberals, and voluntarists. To achieve this, the essay explains the rules for a proper definition, the concept of freedom in its noumenal form, the praxeological theory of law, and provides a general defense of private property by drawing from Immanuel Kant's metaphysics. All of this is done through a rigorous deductive methodology, leaving aside any kind of contingent argumentation
